Sachin 200 not out & me 198/450 (87%le) out in CAT

The highlights of last 5 last gave me 4 imp topics
1. Sachin’s 200
2. Rail budget
3. Union budget
4. CAT result (especially I want 2 speak last)

1. Sachin’s 200 :

What can I say abt tht inning – fabulous, fantastic, superb, marvelous, splendid………..i thinks all this words for him are gone before a decade ago……..I feel there is only one remark --- “GOD in outfit of human”.
Having record of most records in world cricket, he is not only peak player on earth but he is better than best player in a complete galaxy.

“Give me zoomed eyes,
Give me a place of umpire,
Giv me so many chances,
I wanna watch his inning again & again”

I don’t think he will be eligible for retirement in his life. But I guess 2011 is perfect stage for him. All things are set. The Indian team is bubbling with confidence, have best combination of batsmen & bowlers. India is hosting the world cup. I hope Wankhede stadium & day 02/04/2011 will become historical for that moment of “World cup win of India & retirement of Sachin”

I thank GOD for making Sachin for my India.

2. Rail budget:
I am pointing highlights & my opinions of rail budget
- No fare hike for passengers (7th time in row, very gud for passenger)
- Special task force for clearance of early projects (best)
- Railways not to be privatized (I thinks some private trains are need to be started. In country there is need of some more trains. By privatization, Govt. will get considerable revenue & also if new trains are started, it will be gud 4 them. Also, in paving new routes, if in partnership with Private Corp., Expenditure of govt will also reduce. I guess new routes, if established, will thrive the business)
- Pilot project for fire detection (Best)
- Six water bottling plants(in think here we can privatization)
- Aim 2 add 25000 km routes, currently hv 64015 km routes (better than best)
- Special task force to clear investment proposal (gud)
- rail freight rates remain unchanged (gud)
- mobile e-ticket services (gud)
- Women’s wing to be started for security of women. (gud)
- Rabindra Museum & Gitangali Museum (gud proposal, bt should it be in rail budget )
- to provide houses to all employees in next 10 yrs ( best, I hope it wil be implemented earliest)
- railway research to be set at IIT kharagpur (better than best)
- Modernization of factories (very gud)
- special train between India and Bangladesh to be started to commemorate 150th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore. (best)
- 101 additional services to start on Mumbai suburban railways (best)

Also,
- aims to increase non core earnings to Rs10 billion rupees from Rs1.5 billion
- Freight loading target for 2010-11 fixed at 944 million tonnes, 54 million tonnes more than the current year's revised target. Gross traffic receipt for 2010-11 pegged at Rs94,765 crore.
- Allocation for construction of new lines increased from Rs2848 crore to Rs 4411 crore.
- Rs1,302 crore provided for passenger amenities in the 2010-11 railway budget against Rs 923 crore last year.
- Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC)will borrow 91.2 billion rupees ($1.97 billion) from the market in 2010-11.
Though share market has not welcomed budget( as companies texmaco & kalindee rail nirmal expecting order of rail wagon of 40000km against actually declared of 18000km), I hope this budget will be beneficial for everyone in country.

3. Union Budget
I wil prefer same style of portraying as above
- Implementation of GST & DTC from april10
- no to more private banks
- Plan allocation for power more than doubled
- Coal Regulatory Authority to be set up
- Rs 200 cr to Goa govt to meet green cover
- Propose to double allocation to Ganga clean-up mission
- All villages with 2000+ population to get banking facilities by 2012
- social sector spending is increased
- to launch 5 more food park
- to rewrite 7 revamp financial sector law
- to boost rural literacy mission
- no income tax for income up to 1.6LPA
Rs 1.6 lakh - Rs 5 lakh slab taxed at 10%
Rs 5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh slab taxed at 20%
Tax on income above Rs 8 lakh at 30%
-Excise duty on oil products, SUVs, MUVs, tobacco products hiked
-Excise duty cut on CFL
-Concession for medical equipments for hospitals retained
-Silver, gold import duty raised
-Toys fully exempt from central excise duty
-Service sector tax retained at 10 percent to aid the introduction of GST; more services to be taxed
-Accredited news agencies exempt from service tax
-Fertiliser subsidy to be reduced
-Farm loan payments to be extended for six months
-Coal regulatory authority to be set up

From above points I can clearly judge I need to study on tax system.

4. CAT result declared
